This information, suggests that the new ride for Drayton Manor 2007 may not necessarily be called 'The Bounty.' But this can't be confirmed until the release of the 2007 park map or official statements. |

Pirate Ship further confirmed, and is to be known as The Bounty + '07 Brochure :: 12/1/07 |
 This years 2007 brochure has appeared as a poster and has a very interesting tag. It had the usual, including advertising the main rides, contact info, prices and offers. But most exciting part, was that it confirmed that the Pirate Ship will be the new ride for this new season, and it is labelled as 'The Bounty'. The words to describe said : 'New for 2007- The Bounty- all aboard for a fantastic seafaring adventure!' There was teaser image of the ride as a modern well themed Pirate Ship and behind it was trees. So it points the question where will The Bounty be located? In the lake as the words say 'seafaring' or will it replace the Big Wheel or be in Pirate Cove? We won't know until the 2007 Park Map is released, so expect more news on The Bounty soon. We now have the 2007 Brochure uploaded that we received from Drayton Manor. Enjoy!

Confirmed: Pirate Ship to be the new ride for 2007 :: 11/1/07 |

According to an RCCGB interview with Colin Bryan (MD of Drayton Manor) he says that there will be a new Pirate Ship ride for the 2007 season. He says it will arrive in Easter 2007 and it will be "the Bounty from Intamin". This confirms the Pirate Ship is from Intamin and maybe named Bounty after its ride type similar to that with the naming of Drunken Barrels. Speculation suggests the ride may be located on the lake. Drayton Manor have sent a Christmas message to those who have been registered to their official site. This is picture of it: Click Here This is very nice and appropriate, but what's important is that at the bottom it says 'watch draytonmanor.co.uk for details of what's new!' so could this mean there is going to be a new ride for 2007? This is sounds like the case so stay with the site over the upcoming months to find out more about new rides and attractions coming to Drayton Manor!
